How can I get to the cenote?
We can arrange transportation for an extra fee, just let us know where you’re staying. Alternatively, taxis are a convenient option, and public vans (colectivos) are available from Playa del Carmen or Akumal.
Where exactly is the cenote located?
The photoshoots take place at X-Tun, a hidden gem of a cenote set deep in the lush jungle between Playa del Carmen and Akumal. It’s a serene, private spot perfect for intimate and magical photos.
What should I bring to the cenote session?
We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, a pair of comfortable shoes (or flip flops) for walking in the jungle, and a towel for drying off. If you plan to change outfits, don’t forget to pack additional clothing and any accessories you’d like to include in your photos.
How long does a cenote session usually take?
Cenote sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, giving you enough time to enjoy the experience and capture a variety of stunning photos in this unique location.
Can I go into the water during the shoot?

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
If it rains, we’ll contact you to find the best alternative date. If rescheduling isn’t possible, don’t worry, we’ll provide a full refund.
When will I receive my final photos and videos?
The complete gallery will be ready within 7 to 10 days. If you’re excited to share something sooner, we can deliver a sneak preview within 48 hours after the shoot.
