You can reach the cenote by taxi or public transportation, such as the vans (colectivos) running between Playa del Carmen and Akumal. We also offer transportation services at an additional cost, just let us know your location for a personalized quote.

Can we swim or interact with the water during the photoshoot?

Yes! Incorporating water shots adds an ethereal and romantic vibe to your photos. We can capture moments of you walking by the water, dipping your feet, or even embracing in the cenote’s crystal-clear waters.

What happens if the weather isn’t favorable?

Rain can enhance the cenote’s lush surroundings, but in the case of disruptive weather, we’ll reschedule your session. If rescheduling isn’t possible, your deposit will be refunded.

How long will the photoshoot take?

The session usually lasts around 1.5 to 2 hours, giving us ample time to explore different poses and areas of the cenote for stunning variety in your images.

When will we receive our photos and videos?

A preview will be shared within 48 hours so you can enjoy and share your favorite moments. The complete gallery and any video content will be ready within 7 to 10 days.

Can we order prints or keepsakes from the photoshoot?

Yes, we provide options for high-quality prints, canvases, and photo albums. We can ship them directly to your home, no matter where in the world you live.

Is it safe to bring valuable outfits or accessories to the cenote?
