What happens if the weather is bad?

Rain often enhances the jungle’s natural beauty, but if it’s heavy or disruptive, we’ll reschedule your session. If rescheduling isn’t possible, your deposit will be fully refunded.

How long does the photoshoot last?

The session typically lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing time for a variety of poses and creative shots within the cenote and its surroundings.

When will I receive my photos and videos?

A preview will be ready within 48 hours so you can share highlights quickly. The full gallery, including any video content, will be delivered within 7 to 10 days.

Yes! We offer high-quality prints, canvases, and photo albums. These can be shipped directly to your home, anywhere in the world.
