Introduction
By using JPPUGLIA Photography’s website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Bookings
A deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining balance can be paid after the session via PayPal, credit card, or cash.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the deposit being retained.

Service Delivery
Final photos and videos will be delivered within 7–10 business days. A preview may be shared within a few days upon request.

Intellectual Property
All photos and videos remain the property of JPPUGLIA Photography. Clients may use the content for personal purposes but must credit JPPUGLIA Photography for any public sharing.

Liability
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to external factors such as weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
